Ordering from The Stem Edit is simple! Please follow the steps below to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and on time.

Please note: We are currently ONLY delivering to Johannesburg up to Midrand. More areas will be available soon!

How to Order

Ordering from The Stem Edit is simple! Please follow the steps below to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and on time.

Step 1: Choose Your Arrangement

Browse our collection and select the bouquet or arrangement you’d like to order.

Step 2: Select Your Delivery Date

Choose your preferred delivery date. Please note that we do not offer same-day delivery.

Step 3: Place & Pay for Your Order

To secure your order, it must be placed and paid for at least 72 hours before your selected delivery date.

Our flowers are sourced directly from a farm in the Western Cape, allowing us to provide the freshest blooms while maintaining exceptional quality. This lead time ensures your flowers are harvested, prepared, and delivered at their best.

Step 4: We’ll Prepare Your Order

Once your order has been confirmed, our team will carefully create your arrangement using the freshest seasonal flowers.

Step 5: Delivery

Deliveries are available Tuesday to Saturday between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery during these hours.
